Music, and specifically lyrics, have had a significant impact on my work. Artists like Bob Dylan, Jim Morrison, Tupac Shakur, to name a few. In my younger days I was part of the hip hop game for a short while, and also did some production. With AI now becoming the new thing, I spent a few hours learning how to turn some of my favorite hip hop tracks into 1950s Soul Versions, which are quickly becoming popular on the internet. I was amazed at how easy it was and how well the quality turned out, so I put together some song covers, using some of my cover art skills and tools and uploaded them to my youtube channel. The first track was written by me, in about 20 minutes, after I spent several weeks getting aquainted with the software. I designed the cover and put it together in about 45 minutes and the first take I thought hit the spot - my songwriting has improved after writing all of these books. It's a comical folk-style ballad based on the wisdom of Bilbo Baggins, from the Hobbit. The rest are some of my favorite hip hop songs styled in the 1950s soul genre. The tracks are all compiled and designed by me, but owned under copyright by the respected musicians and lyricists that wrote them, with the exception of the first song.
